CHARGE NURSE (RN) FULL TIME NIGHTS $15,000 SIGN ON BONUS*
Location: AMG Specialty Hospital - Central Indiana - Muncie

Job Responsibilities :
Supervise patient care activities performed by RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
Communicate with physicians, the Clinical Care Organization (CCO), and staff regarding changes in patients’ clinical condition, diagnostic results, and symptomatology.
Respond promptly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
Foster a positive hospital milieu and keep the CCO and CEO apprised of situations that may place the facility at risk.
Provide direct patient care as required, based on staffing and patient acuity, including complex respiratory failure management (ventilation, vapotherm, high flow, BiPAP, CPAP, nasal cannula), sedation/pain management, pressor management, cardiac/anti‑arrhythmic management, and long‑term IV antibiotics.
Treat chronic non‑healing wounds requiring extensive wound therapy (wound vacs, frequent dressing changes).
Perform general nursing duties across all departments with adequate supervision.
Job Requirements :
Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
