We are seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate law, finance, and commercial transactions, with a proven track record of handling complex real estate matters. This role is essential in providing legal guidance and support to clients in various commercial real estate transactions. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a small or mid-sized book of business.
Responsibilities
Draft and review commercial real estate contracts and agreements
Advise clients on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
Conduct due diligence for property acquisitions and sales
Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions on behalf of clients
Provide legal advice on zoning and land use regulations
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting commercial real estate transactions
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Colorado Bar
3–8 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
Strong drafting, negotiation, and project-management skills
Experience with acquisitions, development, leasing, and/or financing
Compensation $150,000 + depending on experience and book of business
