– Full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) at Colby Health and Rehab. This rehabilitation nursing position works 12‑hour shifts with a predictable schedule. Pay:
$39.00–$41.00 per hour plus a $4,000 sign‑on bonus. Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and comply with narcotic policies. Monitor residents for side effects, document changes, and report alterations in condition. Oversee nursing assistant‑registered staff to ensure resident care plans are followed. Complete documentation, admit and discharge residents, and report bruises, skin tears, or neglect. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements. Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, and staff. Qualifications
RN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing. Current CPR certification. Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing preferred. Strong teamwork, professionalism, and caring for seniors. Schedule & Compensation
12‑hour shifts: 5 pm–5 am. 3 day weekends every other weekend. Never work more than 3 days in a row. 7 days off every 14 days. Average 2 hours of overtime per week. Benefits
