We offer full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities. Shift options include 7 AM‑3 PM, 3 AM‑11 PM, and 11 PM‑7 AM. All shifts are welcome; per diem shifts are also available. Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) is required. Pay range $30–$39 per hour with same‑day pay.
About the Facility The Meadows at Lawrence is a 60‑bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility that values compassion and quality care. Responsibilities
Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment.
Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager.
Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC).
Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.
Qualifications
A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of New Jersey.
Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
