Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Berlin Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, sponsored by Marquis Health Consulting Services.
Location: Berlin, NJ. Shift Options and Hours: Full-time: 7 AM – 7 PM (7 hours). Part-time: 7 AM – 3 PM (8 hours). Per diem: 7 AM – 3 PM, 3 PM – 11 PM, 7 AM – 7 PM, 7 PM – 7 AM.
Pay: $30–$39 per hour. Same Day Pay available.
Responsibilities
Provide patient care following standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s treatment plan.
Follow a plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
Perform medication administration and treatments as per plan of care (POC).
Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
Maintain accurate documentation per orders and required guidelines.
Qualifications
Active LPN license in the state of New Jersey, unencumbered and current.
Ability to work with multiple patients simultaneously.
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (CPR).
