Assist patients with direct care and comfort measures, including grooming and mobility-related activities Document patient care tasks, vital signs, and activities of daily living accurately and promptly Communicate effectively with registered nurses and team members regarding patient care and needs Support the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for patients Transport patients to various areas of the hospital as needed What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of patient care experience in a healthcare setting Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. to waist height Must be capable of donning and performing tasks in personal protective equipment Completion of required competencies for the position Must provide proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
