Overview
The Crossroads Adolescent and Transitional-Aged Youth Intensive Outpatient Program at NFI Vermont is looking for a licensed or license-eligible clinician to provide therapeutic services to adolescents, families, and young adults (ages 18-24 years old). Therapeutic services include individual, family, and group therapy. Crossroads provides intensive outpatient services based on the theory and practice of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Clients are typically referred to IOP as a way to bridge inpatient psychiatric or substance use treatment and traditional outpatient therapy, or to address mental health and/or co-occurring issues which are not being resolved in the outpatient setting. This is an hourly position with an annual salary of 55,620.
Responsibilities
Facilitate therapeutic services for adolescents, young adults, and families
Commitment towards personal growth and experience in implementing DBT services
Effectively collaborate with treatment team and safely manage risks while working in a fast-paced environment
Participate in weekly individual and biweekly group supervision
Strong organization and time management skills, including timely charting of clinical documentation
Requirements
Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
VT licensure or eligible for licensure (Licensed MSW, Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Counselor, etc.)
