Overview
Seeking a full‑time APP to join the nephrology team, collaborating with nephrologists to deliver comprehensive care across outpatient, inpatient, and dialysis settings. Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and manage kidney diseases through clinical evaluations, lab interpretation, and developing individualized treatment plans. Provide outpatient care for chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and related conditions. Perform inpatient rounds to manage acute kidney injury and electrolyte disorders, and consult on nephrology cases. Conduct weekly dialysis rounds, address complications, and coordinate with dialysis staff. Educate patients and families on disease management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications
Qualifications include current licensure as NP or PA in Kentucky, certification in Adult or Family Practice or NCCPA, with nephrology or dialysis experience preferred. Must be able to relocate to Harlan, KY. Benefits
