Clinical Sales Specialist

George Higginson is currently searching for an experienced
Clinical Sales Specialist , with experience across
Cardiology, Rare Disease or Rheumatology . The incumbent will report to the
Regional Sales Director
and play a pivotal role in educating healthcare providers on a breakthrough therapy for heart failure. You’ll drive disease awareness, share product efficacy and safety information, and deliver an exceptional customer and patient experience across your assigned territory.
Specific Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan aligned with commercial goals
Educate cardiologists, rheumatologists, and institutional decision-makers on product features, benefits, and administration
Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers as a knowledgeable, reliable partner
Collaborate closely with medical and market access teams to drive alignment across the field
Identify and engage key opinion leaders in the recurrent pericarditis space
Deliver engaging clinical education to nurses and staff on product preparation and administration
Maintain strong market and disease state expertise to inform business planning and discussion
Qualifications / Requirements:
5+ years of biopharma sales experience
(specialty experience required; cardiology a plus)
Proven success
in territory and strategic account management
Experience demonstrating
reconstitution and injection
processes
Strong understanding of the
patient and provider landscape
A track record of
launch excellence
and collaboration across internal and external teams
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
