Overview The
Bilingual In-Home Therapist (IHT) – Spanish
will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat youth behavioral needs. This role supports newly licensed Master’s level clinicians with supervised licensure opportunities.
Responsibilities
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in the client’s home setting.
Collaborate with families to establish treatment goals and monitor progress.
Maintain accurate, timely treatment documentation.
Participate in agency supervision and professional development activities.
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese – Required
Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or a related CBHI-approved program
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting – Highly desirable
Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders – Preferred
Experience with children on the autism spectrum – Desirable
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent vehicle access
Compensation
Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour
