Medical Office Specialist at HCA Healthcare
Job Summary Full‑time (Monday–Friday, days) with no nights, on‑call, weekends, or holidays. Provide front‑office support for Texas Transplant Physician Group.
Responsibilities
Manage all front office functions: patient relations, check‑in/check‑out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones.
File and retrieve medical records and patient information.
Assist with collecting and recording co‑pays (cash and/or charge) and balancing the day in the computer.
Qualifications
One year of experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
Experience using an EHR system is highly preferred.
