Salary
position negotiable based on experience; health insurance 75% company paid; 2 weeks PTO and 1 week sick/mental health time off. 401k 3% company match
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Primary Therapist role located in Woodstock, GA. The Primary Therapist will provide individualized care and support to clients by conducting clinical assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and facilitating therapy sessions. Responsibilities include managing cases, coordinating services, addressing dual diagnoses, and providing guidance for substance abuse recovery. The therapist will collaborate with the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality support tailored to each client’s needs.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience with Treatment Planning and Case Management
Proficiency in addressing Chemical Dependency
Experience working with Dual Diagnosis and related therapeutic approaches
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Relevant licensure or certification in counseling, social work, or related field
Knowledge with group therapy, individual therapy and case
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field preferred
