full‑time Registered Nurse (RN)

Pay Range $40.00/hr - $47.76/hr
Responsibilities
Work 12‑hour shifts (6 pm to 6 am) with a 3‑day weekend every other weekend.
Never work more than 3 days in a row; receive 7 days off every 14 days.
Average 2 hours of overtime each week.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Follow narcotic policies and procedures.
Monitor residents for side effects and report changes in condition.
Oversee nursing assistant staff to ensure care plans are followed.
Complete accurate documentation and manage admissions/discharges.
Detect and report bruises, skin tears, or neglect.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.
Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.

Qualifications
RN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing
Current CPR certification
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Desire to work with the elderly
Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing preferred
Trustworthy, respectful, dependable, professional, and a team player
Strong communication skills and ability to establish rapport
Work Schedule Full‑time, 12‑hour shifts (6 pm to 6 am).
