$62,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration on robotic systems and related equipment.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in industrial robots.

Install, configure, and commission new robotic work cells and peripheral devices.

Program and teach robot paths, sequences, and logic for manufacturing tasks.

Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repairs, and system modifications.

Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry standards during robot operation and maintenance.

Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize robot performance and process efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field.

2-5 years of hands‑on experience programming, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA) in a manufacturing setting.

Proficiency in robot programming (teach pendant, offline programming), calibration, and complex system troubleshooting.

Strong understanding and experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human‑Machine Interface (HMI) systems.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams.

Demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude for repair, assembly, and diagnostics of automated machinery.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) for integrated system troubleshooting.

Proficiency with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for robotic applications.

Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System) or other advanced robotics software platforms.

Experience with industrial network protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, PROFINET) for automation systems.
