Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and calibrate industrial robotic systems and peripheral equipment.

Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on robotic cells to ensure optimal performance.

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and software faults in robotic systems.

Repair or replace defective components in robots, including motors, sensors, and wiring.

Modify and optimize robot programs (e.g., path, speed, logic) for new products or process improvements.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures during all robotics operations.

Document all maintenance, repair, and programming activities accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

Associate's degree or technical certification in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related engineering technology.

Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA) in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in robot programming, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.

Strong understanding of PLCs, HMI, and industrial control systems.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and pneumatic diagrams.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).

Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen‑Bradley) or industrial networking.

Familiarity with CAD software for fixture design or robot cell layout.

Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
