Overview
Frontier Hospice is currently seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during their most critical moments. As an On-Call RN, you will play a vital role in identifying patient and family needs, coordinating care, and offering preventative measures and compassionate support.

7 on 7 off, Friday - Friday

Responsibilities
Respond to a variety of patient needs, from urgent to routine, providing unwavering support that makes a difference in critical moments.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient’s physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
Maintain accurate documentation to meet agency and regulatory standards.
Provide support for families by sharing knowledge, guiding, and reassuring them in caring for their terminally ill loved ones.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health care preferred.
Current, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical‑surgical/acute care setting. Hospice experience is a plus.
Proficiency in computer typing and use of EMR systems.
Current CPR certification if required by state.
Compensation $84,000 – $90,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience and specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
