Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial robotic systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotic cells.
Execute repairs and replace faulty components in robots and associated peripheral equipment.
Program and teach robot paths, waypoints, and logic for new or optimized manufacturing processes.
Calibrate robotic systems to ensure precision and accuracy in production operations.
Support the installation, commissioning, and integration of new robotic equipment.
Adhere to and promote all safety protocols and procedures within robotic work cells.
Recommended Qualifications
Associate's degree or technical certification in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Proven ability to program, teach, troubleshoot, and repair industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
Strong understanding of PLC programming, HMI systems, and industrial control logic.
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience performing preventative and corrective maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment.
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens).
Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
Basic CAD software skills for reviewing mechanical drawings or layouts.
Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
