Salary Range:
$59,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
Recommended Qualifications
Associate's degree in Robotics, Automation, or Mechatronics, or equivalent industrial experience.
Proven proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA).
Strong electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair skills.
Experience with PLC programming, diagnostics, and repair (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical manuals.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with industrial vision systems for robot guidance or quality inspection.
Proficiency in robot simulation software or offline programming tools.
Familiarity with data acquisition and analysis from robotic systems for predictive maintenance or process optimization.
Experience with collaborative robots (cobots) and human-robot interaction (HRI) safety.
Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python) for data handling or advanced robot control.
