Autism Center of Excellence is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children in the Columbia, MD area and surrounding communities.
This role supports after-school and early evening hours and is ideal for candidates seeking consistent part-time work with the opportunity to grow hours over time.
Primary responsibilities include providing 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes, implementing treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collecting accurate session data, completing required documentation, and communicating professionally with families and clinical team members.
Requirements
Active RBT certification required for RBT roles
BT candidates welcome to apply
Availability during afternoon and early evening hours (typically 3:00 PM–8:00 PM)
Reliable transportation for in-home services
Experience working with children preferred but not required
