Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer (Finance) UW Health Kids is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer working at American Family Children's Hospital in Madison, WI. 100% FTE, 40 hours per week, day shift, Monday - Friday, 8- or 10-hour shifts, with rotating evening/weekend call responsibility with 1-hour response time.
Work Schedule 100% FTE, day/evening shift. 8-10 hour shifts Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 5:30PM. On-call rotation required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
Pay

On-Call/Call-In

Qualifications
Required: Completion of a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CHAAHEP) approved ultrasound program, Associate Degree in Biological Sciences, Radiology, Ultrasound, or relevant health sciences field
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Ultrasound, Radiology, Biological Sciences, or relevant health sciences field
Work Experience
Preferred: Pediatric echocardiography experience
Preferred: 2 years of progressively responsible experience in a lab performing echocardiography testing
Licenses & Certifications
Required Upon Hire: Registered in Adult Echocardiography (AE)
Required Upon Hire: Basic Life Support/CPR
Preferred: Pediatric Echocardiography (PE)
Preferred: Fetal Echocardiography (FE)
