Position Title: Clinical Therapist – LLMSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or LP (Independent Contractor)

Position Overview: We are seeking passionate
licensed therapists
to join our practice as independent contractors. This role is ideal for LLMSW (limited licensed), LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or LP professionals who want flexibility while being part of a collaborative, supportive practice.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions (in-person or telehealth)
Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and update as needed
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation (progress notes within 24–48 hours)
Collaborate with billing/administrative team for claim submission and reimbursement
Participate in team consultation, quality improvement, or supervision (if LLMSW)
Uphold HIPAA, state regulations, and professional ethical standards
Strong clinical skills in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or family systems
Ability to establish rapport and maintain therapeutic alliance with diverse clients
Strong written and organizational skills for timely documentation
Professional integrity, accountability, and ability to work independently
Active Michigan license (LLMSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or LP)
LLMSW must participate in approved clinical supervision
Professional liability insurance required
Experience or interest in working with ADHD, anger management, trauma, or family issues
Compensation: 1099 Contractor – Competitive percentage-based split; credentialing, billing, and admin support provided
