Compensation

Full‑time salary: $50,000 – $60,000 plus an incentive rate of $30/hour over productivity

Fee‑for‑service rate: $35 – $45/hour

Roles & Responsibilities In‑Home Behavior Therapist (IHBT) : Provide structured, strength‑based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat youth behavior needs and support caregivers.

Behavior Technician : Implement behavior support plans, collect data, and report to the supervising BCBA to promote skill development and reduce problematic behavior.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or a related CBHI‑approved program

Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting (highly desirable)

Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral‑emotional disorders (preferred)

Experience working with children on the autism spectrum (desirable)

Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access

Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills

Preferred experience implementing behavioral interventions in applied settings

Effective written and verbal communication skills

A compassionate approach to care
