We are seeking a detail-oriented
Bookkeeper
to support daily accounting operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, completing tax filings, processing invoices, and supporting month-end close activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-focused, and experienced with both QuickBooks and SAP. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and file U.S. sales tax returns and Canadian GST/HST filings Maintain and update GST/HST tracking spreadsheets Process broker invoices related to Canadian shipments Review payment vouchers and ensure proper documentation Perform monthly bank reconciliations File annual reports and prepare audit support letters Prepare monthly journal entries for overseas expenses using Excel Generate monthly sales commission reports Provide general accounting and administrative support to the finance team Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience using QuickBooks (required) Experience using SAP (required) High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
