Job Summary This PRN position offers flexibility while being part of a dedicated, patient-centered team. You will support the Diagnostic Cardiology Department at Baptist Beaches.
Responsibilities
Perform high-quality diagnostic examinations of the heart using advanced ultrasound techniques.
Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare providers to support patient care and treatment decisions.
Provide cross-coverage and backup support to other non-invasive areas of the Cardiac Department.
Deliver compassionate patient care by preparing and educating patients for procedures.
Maintain equipment, document procedures accurately, and adhere to department protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Adult Echo credentials through either ARDMS or CCI required within 18 months of hire.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous experience in cardiac sonography preferred.
Education & Experience
Vocational School or Associate’s Degree.
1‑2 years Cardiac Echo Sonography Experience.
