About the Role We’re seeking an experienced
AWS Cloud Architect
to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high‑performance cloud environments for enterprise applications. You will work directly with development and infrastructure teams to define architecture strategy, ensure cloud best practices, and optimize cost, performance, and availability.
This role is ideal for a senior cloud engineer or architect with deep AWS expertise and hands‑on infrastructure experience.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement
cloud‑native infrastructure
using AWS services
Design solutions aligned with
security, scalability, and cost‑efficiency
Lead architecture reviews, infrastructure assessments, and migration planning
Define and enforce
IaC standards
(Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK)
Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product teams to support cloud adoption
Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and incident response workflows
Required Skills
7+ years of experience in
cloud infrastructure , including 3+ years as an
AWS Architect
Expertise in
AWS core services : EC2, VPC, IAM, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS
Strong background in
Terraform
or
CloudFormation
Experience designing
high availability ,
DR , and
multi‑region
architectures
Deep understanding of
networking ,
IAM/security policies , and
cost optimization
Nice to Have
AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Professional or Associate)
Familiarity with
containers
and
Kubernetes (EKS)
Experience with hybrid or on‑premise to cloud migrations
Exposure to
Fintech ,
MedTech , or
regulated environments
Knowledge of
cloud governance
and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2)
Tech Stack:
AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Linux
Team:
Global team of architects, DevOps, and SREs
Timezone:
4+ hour overlap with US Eastern Time required
