The Opportunity Sales / Project Developer is a client‑facing role that blends consultative sales, design sensibility, construction knowledge, client management, and strategic planning. You will guide prospective clients from initial contact to a signed contract. If you’re passionate about building relationships and selling high‑end residential solutions, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
First point of contact: represent Chads with professionalism & warmth for new leads.
Heartbeat of communication & client experience throughout the design & development process.
Detective & guardian of the “why”: illuminate the clients’ needs, visions, & high expectations.
Translator & coordinator: work closely with Design & Production teams to create a thorough scope.
Presenter: lead most client meetings with the process in mind, always providing clear next steps.
Manager: of client expectations, the team’s process, budget awareness, & project development schedule.
Generator: of client enthusiasm; nurture relationships, opportunities, & maintain momentum.
Analyzer: use CRM tools to track leads, follow‑ups, qualifying conversion metrics, and plan ahead.
Qualifications
At least 3–5 years of experience in sales & client management, ideally in residential remodel construction.
Strong and adaptable communication & presentation skills; ability to simplify complex information.
A consultative, relationship‑driven sales approach.
A dependable blend of alacrity, adaptability, & team‑oriented flexibility.
Tech‑savvy—comfortable with CRMs, construction software (Jobtread is a plus), Microsoft Suite, and Google Workspace.
A passion for design, construction, prior planning, and creating exceptional client experiences.
