Principal Systems Engineer, Systems Engineering Lead

The Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) group is seeking a Systems Engineer (P2) to support system sustainment across a broad portfolio of effectors.
This role requires a U.S. citizen with an active, transferable Secret clearance and will be based on site in Tucson, Arizona.
What You Will Do
Perform industrial and process evaluation, improvement and/or re-engineering in support of Mission Support & Sustainment and related logistics activities.
Assist in the development of action plans to address key engineering focus areas.
Assist in the investigation and development of new technology that can benefit LCE.
Develop Raytheon and customer relationships supporting LCE efforts.
Perform supportability engineering tasks such as Logistics Support Analysis, technical documentation updates, training curricula, reports and presentations, spares management, etc.
Support logistics concept efforts for Supply, Maintenance, Transportation and Personnel as required.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience with logistics support.
Active, transferable U.S. government issued Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with management of engineering systems.
Experience with customers and strong collaboration skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; proficiency with MS Office or other presentation tools.
Ability to establish and sustain effective business relationships, respond to customer needs in a timely manner, address complex technical requirements, and lead cross‑functional teams to achieve business goals.

Salary range: $66,000 – $130,000 USD.
