Mid-Level Capital Markets Associate - Global Firm with Mid-Sized NYC Office
Base pay range $240,000.00/yr - $310,000.00/yr

Opportunity We are seeking a mid‑level associate (3-7 years of experience) to join our client's thriving Capital Markets practice in New York. This is an opportunity to work on headline‑making deals, develop client relationships, and gain unmatched exposure to both domestic and cross‑border transactions.
What You'll Do
Advise issuers, underwriters, and investors on a wide range of securities offerings, including IPOs and follow‑on equity offerings, high‑yield and investment‑grade debt offerings, Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings, convertible and hybrid securities, private placements and liability management transactions.
Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, including offering memoranda, underwriting agreements, purchase agreements, and indentures.
Guide clients through SEC reporting and compliance, NYSE/Nasdaq listing standards, and corporate governance matters.
Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues in M&A, finance, and tax to deliver integrated solutions.
What We're Looking For
3-7 years of capital markets experience at a leading law firm.
Strong understanding of securities laws, SEC reporting, and disclosure requirements.
Excellent drafting and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
Admission to the New York Bar (or ability to waive in).
