General Liability Attorney

Senior Recruiting Manager; AV Preeminent® Rated Attorney The Tampa, FL office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice.

Overview The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and at least one (1) to fifteen (15) years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Trial experience is a plus. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. Partnership opportunities will be considered for those with extensive relevant experience.

Qualifications

1 to 15 years of experience in insurance defense litigation

Strong research and writing skills

Experience in case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials

Trial experience is a plus

Florida Bar admission required
