Senior Litigation Paralegal

Casualty and Mass Tort Litigation Paralegal One of Houston's largest law firm with offices across Louisiana and Texas is seeking an experienced Casualty and Mass Tort Litigation Paralegal to join their Houston office.

The firm provides legal solutions to Fortune 500 companies, national businesses, and local clients.

Base Pay Range $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Support attorneys through all phases of litigation: case inception, discovery, resolution, trial, post‑trial, and case closure

Prepare court filings and assemble exhibits

Draft and respond to discovery demands (interrogatories, requests for production, etc.)

Assist with depositions, hearings, and mediations

Review and summarize depositions and medical records

Maintain case dockets, calendars, and electronic discovery

Experience & Education

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred; Paralegal Certificate highly desired

Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in litigation

Comprehensive knowledge of the litigation lifecycle, including case management, document review, and trial preparation
