As a Maintenance Technician, you will keep the property running smoothly, respond to service requests, and complete repairs promptly with a strong background in plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs.

Meet task deadlines as assigned.

Essential Job Functions

Provide exemplary customer service to all residents.

Maintain the physical condition of the property.

Use hand and power tools for upkeep.

Pick up debris and remove other objects from the property.

Respond to out‑of‑hours issues when required.

Respond professionally and timely to all work orders.

Follow company policies and procedures.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Specific Education or Experience

Required: Hold at least one certification; if not certified, obtain it within 60 days of employment.

EPA Section 608 Certification for HVAC refrigerants (required).

HVAC Certification (e.g., HVAC Excellence).

Preferred certifications: OSHA 10 or 30, Certified Pool Operator, and plumbing or electrical licenses.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Frequently sit, stand, and walk.

Regularly talk or hear.

Frequently use hands or fingers to handle tools or objects.

Occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.

Require visual acuity: close, distance, peripheral, focus adjustment.

Environment noise usually moderate to high.

Temperature moderate, with ability to withstand seasonal extremes outdoors.

Travel Requirements

Travel up to 10% of the time.
