This role offers a competitive pay range of

$19.00/hr – $27.00/hr

with additional premiums available based on schedule, facility and specific work performed.

Responsibilities

Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans from the Open Door Policy and applying them in daily business processes.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment safely while picking, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets.

Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.

Receive stocks and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, managing inventory flow and maintaining accurate paperwork.

Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, offering guidance, and supporting decisions about self‑service technology.

Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials safely, and reporting unsafe conditions.

Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies, zoning the area, stocking, rotating merchandise, and ensuring proper display of promotional items.

Assist with club pick‑up orders throughout the day, ensuring products are selected, staged, and audited for accuracy.

Handle inventory moves, display goods safely, track stock levels, control shrinkage, and report poor inventory practices.

Use inventory tools and equipment safely, report unsafe conditions, and notify management when forklifts are not in proper working order.

Proactively identify customers who need assistance, engage them, and help with technology services and items.

Identify shrink opportunities, fix problems, and maintain equipment and product organization.

Promote a culture of belonging by embracing differences and supporting all associates.

Build strong team relationships, communicate with impact, and mentor others.

Model integrity, uphold ethical standards, and support Walmart’s regenerative goals.

Deliver results while putting customers first and make decisions based on reliable information.

Display curiosity, take calculated risks, and drive continuous improvements using new technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

90 days of prior experience with forklift operations and certification.

Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

Customer service experience.

Retail experience.

Experience supervising a team.
