Base Pay Range
$19.00/hr - $27.00/hr
Responsibilities
Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, using the Open Door Policy and action plans.
Operate forklifts safely, following company standards, for picking, moving, and positioning pallets.
Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, resources, and collaboration with managers, co‑workers, and customers.
Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers, managing inventory flow, filing logs, and maintaining documentation.
Provide member service by acknowledging members, guiding them in self‑service technology, resolving issues, and promoting store products and services.
Maintain safety of the facility through safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.
Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation, zoning, stocking, rotating merchandise, removing damaged goods, setting up displays, ensuring shelf capacity, and monitoring shrink, security, and safety risks.
Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled, staged, and audited for accuracy, assisting with picking and staging orders.
Handle, move, and display goods safely, track inventory, maintain in‑stock levels, control shrinkage, and report poor practices.
Operate and maintain forklifts safely, report unsafe conditions, and notify management when equipment is not working.
Assist customers in technology services, model equipment use, identify shrink opportunities, maintain equipment, and fix problems promptly.
