Healthcare Arizona, a premier mattress manufacturing arm of the MLILY company, is an air‑conditioned 650,000 sq‑foot manufacturing plant in Goodyear, Arizona. We manufacture advanced memory foam mattresses that help you sleep cooler and more comfortably through the night so that you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on whatever the day throws at you.

PRODUCTION LEAD (MANDARIN SPEAKING PREFERRED) – Job Summary The Production Lead coordinates the work of line workers, machine operators, and technicians to ensure daily production targets are met. This role works directly on the line, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Schedule

Day Shift, Monday-Thursday, 6:30am-5/6:00pm, Friday hours vary

Salary

$20/hour starting pay

Duties/Responsibilities

Lead and guide production team members in assigned work areas.

Ensure production runs smoothly by monitoring equipment, workflows, and product quality.

Provide on‑job training and coaching to line workers.

Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Track attendance, productivity, and report issues to the Production Supervisor/Manager.

Support troubleshooting of equipment and escalating issues when needed.

Maintain accurate production records and assist with shift handoffs.

Education and Experience

Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Mandarin) a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

1+ years of team lead or leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.

Physical Requirements

Very Heavy work: Lifting and carrying for a short distance up to 50 pounds on your own & up to 100 pounds via team lift as needed during an 11-hour shift.

Standing: To remain on one’s feet in an upright position without moving about during an 11-hour shift with two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch break.

Walking: Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another.

Stooping: Bending the body forward and down while bending the spine at the waist 45 degrees or more either over something below waist level or down towards an object on or near the ground.

Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.

Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and make fine discriminations in sound.

Vision: The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work.

Temperature: The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions, but, must be able to adapt to cold or hot temperatures.

Working Conditions

Air‑conditioned warehouse and manufacturing facility.

Exposure to loud noise, chemicals, and machinery is possible.

Requires repetitive tasks and heavy lifting.

Strict adherence to all safety protocols and procedures is mandatory.
