About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to sell products and offer support. You’ll utilize fashion and product knowledge to give customers relevant information, and work on garment refill and care, presentation, and maintaining a clean sales floor and back‑of‑house. You will collaborate closely with the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

A Day in the Life Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities.

Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience.

Engage and converse with customers to offer excellent service.

Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store.

Effectively promote and sell products.

Promote the Customer Loyalty App and in‑store sustainability initiatives.

Represent yourself and H&M positively during customer interactions.

Support commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.

Fashion & Trend Awareness

Stay updated on fashion trends, brands, products, competitors, and influencers.

Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.

Team & Development

Retain and share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with colleagues.

Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements.

Give and receive feedback to support learning and development.

Participate in onboarding and training relevant to the role.

Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution

Complete the garment cycle from unpacking to steaming, ensuring good garment care.

Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice.

Maintain a clean sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms.

Support garment presentation and maintain attractive displays per visual guidelines.

Ensure adequate stock levels with replenishment routines.

Follow best practice for in‑store OMNI services and tech tools.

Assist with opening and closing of the store.

Follow H&S guidelines and legal requirements.

Qualifications

Passionate about fashion and customer experience.

Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action‑oriented.

Enjoys collaborative and dynamic environments.

Has relevant sales experience in retail or service industries.

Job Status Hourly, Non‑Exempt
