What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Support Long Term Care Claims leadership with reports, data, and analytical insights
• Collaborate with business partners to understand their problems, gather business requirements, and develop dashboards
• Conceptualize, create, iterate, and automate dashboards in PowerBI for tracking metrics and driving business recommendations
• Build and maintain reporting using tools such as SQL, Spotfire, and PowerBI
• Participate in strategic projects by providing data analysis and insights

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline
• 2-5 years of professional experience in developing SQL code in Oracle or Microsoft SQL
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends using data
• Strong knowledge of managing and analyzing structured data using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or Python
• Proficiency in writing SQL and interpreting established SQL queries

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with PowerBI and data visualization tools
• Familiarity with long-term care insurance and claims processes
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings to leadership
