What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Support Long Term Care Claims Operations leadership with reports, data, and analytical insights
• Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and develop key performance indicators dashboards
• Create and automate dashboards in PowerBI for tracking metrics and driving business recommendationsBuild and maintain reporting using tools such as SQL, Spotfire, and PowerBI
• Participate in strategic initiative projects by providing data analysis and insights

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends
• Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline
• 2-5 years of professional experience developing SQL code in Oracle or Microsoft SQL
• Strong knowledge of managing and analyzing structured data using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or Python
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with PowerBI for dashboard creation and data visualization
• Familiarity with data analysis in the insurance or financial services industry
• Previous experience collaborating with senior management on strategic initiatives
