Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do (Daily Power Moves)
- Own the onboarding experience for new hires — background checks, I‑9s, paperwork, and making sure Day 1 feels seamless.
- Support payroll operations including time‑card review, data entry, adjustments, and keeping pay cycles smooth and accurate.
- Administer leave programs (FMLA, personal, medical) with compliance, clarity, and A+ communication.
- Be the go‑to HR contact for new employees — policy guidance, compliance questions, and general people‑ops support.
