• Coordinate and lead monthly data collection and reporting processes, facilitating discussions on trends and risks.
• Develop and maintain both manual and automated dashboards to present key metrics effectively.
• Create and manage documentation for metric requests and reporting standards.
• Conduct data validation and analysis to identify trends and operational risks.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data modeling and dashboard creation.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and validation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Understanding of cybersecurity metrics and related domains.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL and data preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools like Snowflake, Jira, and SIEM platforms.
• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or data analytics.
