A fast-growing tech company in Chicago is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team. This role offers the chance to partner directly with a dynamic leadership team while playing a vital role in keeping daily operations running smoothly in a rapidly scaling environment. You will have a meaningful impact on organizational efficiency and contribute to company-wide initiatives as the business continues its exciting growth trajectory. Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager
- Serve as the primary administrative partner to the executive team, expertly managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendor management, and workspace organization.
- Support HR and onboarding activities, including scheduling interviews and assist vendors and guests
- Plan team events, meetings, and companywide communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents as needed.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Act as the go-to point of contact for staff, visitors, and external partners.
- Support employee onboarding alongside Chief Administrative Officer
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives to support company growth.
Qualifications of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager
- 3 or more years of experience in Office management or Administrative Assistance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in supporting professionals in the financial services field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with financial systems
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Professional, positive, and resourceful disposition.
