Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

A fast-growing tech company in Chicago is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team. This role offers the chance to partner directly with a dynamic leadership team while playing a vital role in keeping daily operations running smoothly in a rapidly scaling environment. You will have a meaningful impact on organizational efficiency and contribute to company-wide initiatives as the business continues its exciting growth trajectory. This position offers a competitive salary of $70,000–$80,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including but not limited to medical and dental insurance as well as generous PTO.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager

  • Serve as the primary administrative partner to the executive team, expertly managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendor management, and workspace organization.
  • Support HR and onboarding activities, including scheduling interviews and assist vendors and guests
  • Plan team events, meetings, and companywide communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Act as the go-to point of contact for staff, visitors, and external partners.
  • Support employee onboarding alongside Chief Administrative Officer
  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives to support company growth.

Qualifications of the Executive Assistant/Office Manager

  • 3 or more years of experience in Office management or Administrative Assistance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in supporting professionals in the financial services field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with financial systems
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Professional, positive, and resourceful disposition.
