Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. As part of the store leadership team, the Key Lead drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements
Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week.
Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
Qualifications What it Takes
Education : High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent (preferred)
Retail Experience : At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred)
Supervisor/Managerial Experience : No supervisory/management experience required
