Position Overview Reporting to the Europe Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager – DACH is responsible for leading Spectra Precision’s commercial and operational activities across the DACH markets. This Germany based role ensures strong market representation, customer engagement, and alignment with global sales and marketing strategies. Acting as the primary regional liaison, the Territory Sales Manager supports dealer networks, identifies market opportunities, and ensures Spectra Precision’s laser and measurement products meet the needs of construction professionals. The position plays a critical role in strengthening brand presence and driving sustainable growth through technical expertise and customer partnerships.

Territory Sales Manager – Candidate Profile We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager with a strong background in the construction industry, ideally gained through hands‑on experience in a Construction Trade. This is a customer‑facing sales role requiring the ability to translate construction workflows and field applications into value‑driven commercial solutions.

The successful candidate will bring experience in construction, construction technology, or precision equipment, supported by a technical understanding of laser‑based levelling, grading, or measurement systems. Proven experience in territory or business management is beneficial, along with the ability to develop and manage dealer and customer relationships within established distribution channels.

This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to operate independently in a remote environment. Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital collaboration tools is required to effectively manage pipeline, forecasting, and customer engagement.

Experience with Construction Lasers or comparable positioning systems, prior involvement supporting or managing dealer networks and technical sales experience in construction technology or surveying equipment are considered strong assets. Knowledge of applicable construction standards along with bilingual proficiency in German and English is essential.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage all sales operations within the DACH territory to achieve sales and growth objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, dealers, and end users within the construction sector.

Represent Spectra Precision at industry events, trade shows, and customer demonstrations to promote product awareness and adoption.

Support dealer and customer training programs on Spectra lasers and related technologies, emphasizing hands‑on product knowledge.

Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.

Collaborate closely with the Europe Sales Manager to develop and execute territory‑specific business plans.

Ensure consistent alignment with Spectra Precision’s quality, service, and operational standards.

Provide technical support and product expertise to customers and partners as required.

Manage budget, forecasting, and reporting for the DACH territory.

Uphold company values and promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
