With continued success and growth, they are looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their team! They also offer work-from-home flexibility.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and managing construction projects from initiation to completion.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and work progress to ensure timely delivery.
Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts and reports.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Identify and resolve project challenges in collaboration with the project team.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and milestones.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in commercial construction (general contracting experience preferred).
Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Excel, etc.).
Understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
