What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement efficient workflows across the National AMS team
Define requirements and create standardized business processes, workflows, and data standards
Document and maintain procedures and business process artifacts for training and reference
Engage with cross-functional teams to refine processes and improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness
Lead training efforts and create client deliverables using available technology and software
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the designated line of business
Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong focus on process improvement and best practices
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and leaders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with an agency management system
Ability to challenge the status quo and make business process improvement recommendations
Demonstrates a bias for action and a commitment to achieving sustainable results
