What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and standardize workflows across the National AMS team
Define requirements, redesign, and implement best-in-class business processes and data standards
Document and maintain procedures and business process artifacts for training and reference
Lead training efforts and create client deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency
Participate in working groups with national and regional representatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the designated line of business
Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to improve processes by refining efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of workflows
Team player with the ability to engage with cross-functional work teams and leaders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with an agency management system
Ability to challenge the status quo and recommend business process improvements
Demonstrates a bias for action and a commitment to achieving sustainable results
