About the Role We are seeking an experienced
Recruiter
with a strong background supporting
retail and food & beverage hiring . This role will manage full-cycle recruiting for high‑volume, customer‑facing positions and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle recruiting for retail and food & beverage roles
Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple platforms
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Meet hiring goals and timelines in a fast‑paced environment
Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in retail or food & beverage, or a related industry
Experience supporting high‑volume hiring
Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn recruiting tools
Location: San Antonio, TX
