Responsibilities
Concrete/ Shell Superintendent with large vertical project experience.
Commercial and Residential shell projects
Oversee concrete construction operations on major projects.
Manage scheduling, budgeting, and project meetings.
Implement and enforce safety protocols.
Lead and coordinate subcontractors and self-perform crews.
Report directly to the Senior Superintendent.
Ensure quality and timely delivery of work.

Qualifications
10 years of experience in concrete construction.
Proven track record on large-scale projects across multiple sectors.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage complex schedules and budgets effectively.
