We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee construction projects within the property industry in Miami. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise concrete construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
Oversee on-site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment usage.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets specifications and expectations.
Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
Train and mentor team members to ensure skill development and high performance.
