Key Qualifications
Proven background in managing Commercial Construction Projects as a Commercial Superintendent
Strong tenure and experience in both ground‑up and interior commercial construction
Ability to lead and manage projects independently with minimal oversight
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills, key to success as a Commercial Superintendent
Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality results under pressure
A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, though not required.
Compensation & Benefits
