What You’ll Do: Manage complex litigation matters from pre‑suit through trial
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and expert‑related documentation
Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances
Collaborate with partners on trial strategy and preparation
Oversee public and private works litigation involving change orders, delays, and lien issues
What We’re Looking For: California‑licensed attorney in good standing
2–5 years of litigation experience (construction law preferred but not required)
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Prior exposure to construction litigation, engineering background, or experience with competitors is a plus
What You’ll Receive: Base salary: $185,000 – $205,000 DOE
Annual discretionary bonus plus billable hour bonus
Unlimited PTO and 9 paid holidays
